Abstract

The purpose of this descriptive study was to analyze the percent of targets achieved for five Student Objectives of Healthy Campus 2020. The objectives were chosen to assess the University's implementation of a substance abuse prevention and awareness campaign. Overall, 1,019 students completed the ACHANCHA II Survey. We identified non-medical use of prescription drugs (NMUPD) as a main area of concern. This state-supported regional university is committed to creating and sustaining an educational environment free from all forms of substance abuse.
