The intervention was<br>implemented as planned with 16 participants receiving all components of the program and completing pre<br>and post measures. Response rates to weekly emails and compliance with weekly activity logs decreased as<br>the program progressed. Participants who interrupted sedentary time with moderate walking had lower<br>satisfaction and adherence compared to the standard walking group.</p> ER -
